The Siddantha Shikhamani(SS) is a national scripture and is available in 18 languages. Hukkeri Hiremath Shri said that, "if one studies SS, one can systematically study 101 places of Veerashaiva religion".
Hukkeri Hiremath Sh. Chandrashekhar Shivacharya Swamiji, speaking during the inauguration ceremony of the International Shakti Vishisthadvaita conference in Tirupati (being held from March 02-04), said that" it's commendable that the Akhil Bharat Shivacharya Saunstha & National Sanskrit University, Tirupati have organised the conference for three days. And the very idea of starting it has brought great happiness.
Shrishail Jagadguru Dr. Channasiddharama Panditaradya Swamiji spoke about " Ashtavarana, Shatasthala, Panchachara in Shakti Vishisthadvaita Siddanta. Kashi Jagadguru Dr. Mallikarjuna Vishwaradya Bhagwat Padaru spoke that " we studied the same in the University, and today, he was happy to come here again as Jagadguru Kashipeeth and start a study seat.
The international Sanskrit University Chancellor, Acharya G. S. Krishnamurthy spoke that, "it brings great joy as 60 people are studying Veerashaiva Siddhant today. Ganapati Bhat, added that, " Veerashaiva Siddhanta will be a special subject".
The other heads of different mutts who attended the conference were: Dr. Prabhu Aaranga Dev Shivacharya of Saranga math; Vishwaprabhu Deva Shivacharya Swamiji: Dr. Shivakumar Swamiji of Kerur Charanthi mutt; Dr. Mahantalinga Swamiji of Bengaluru's Vibhuti math; Srikanta Swamiji of Naganasur Hiremath & Shahapur Hiremath were present in the conference.
