On July 13th, the Shri will bless hundreds of people of the Veerashaiva Samaj of Tamil Nadu by giving them Isthalinga Diksha. There are many Veerashaiva Lingayats in the entire country and there is a need to give them proper guidance.
The Veerashaiva Samaj of Tamil Nadu has invited the Sri from this perspective. It may be recalled here that Hukkeri Hiremath’s Shri. Chandrashekhara Shivacharya Swamiji has given Diksha to thousands of people of the Veerashaiva Lingayat community both in India and even outside the country. The Isthalinga Diksha given to thousands of people in Sydney and Melbourne in Australia, as well as in the Indian states of Rajasthan, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Goa and Maharashtra.
Sharing his experience on this occasion, Hukkeri Hiremath Shri said that the Veerashaiva Lingayat philosophy is complementary to the entire world. Today, we need to provide Ishtaling to the devotees, and from that perspective, the Hukkeri Hiremath is carrying out that work. He said that it is a great pleasure for us to go to give Ishtaling initiation on the 13th.
In this program to be held at the revered Sri Veerabhadra Swamy Temple in Namagiri Pete, Dr. A. K. Nagarajan, Sh. Sinthil Kumar, Vice President of the National Veerashaiva Mahasabha, Smt. Vinuta Ravi, CEO of the London Panchasutra Academy, Chandrashekar H. N. Sri Veeresh Pedy, and all members of the South India Veerashaiva Jangam Mahajana Sangha will be participating in this program.
